Almost everything is now out of the room, and the holes are spackled. (there were so many holes in this room--we had installed MANY shelves and railing--as well as an elevated play castle--in the room at one time) Now that it is all patched, I am going to go get some paint!

I got rid of a trashbag full of stuff from here! yay! and I now know what all is on the shelves--still more to get rid of...and I haven't begun digging below, but it sure feels good to have started.

Any of you considering posting your own messes yet?! It is really motivational knowing that you all are checking in on my progress!

Dang, that's some progress! I'm thinking I should post a picture of my thighs - will that force me to work on them :P
GREAT JOB!! My house is still a mess.
I'll post as soon as I get this dad-gum paper written! I have writer's block on the last paragraph! ARGH!!!
Your mess posts are most definiately an inspiration! However, I cannot even begin to think about doing my own until this show is done. Hopefully I'll still have half a brain left by then and can remember this idea... :)
so, what less toon town color did you choose? My little fly lady tells me I have to throw 27 things away every day. Amazing how much crud can accumulate in a house!
wow, that green would sure wake me up in the morning!
How fun. I used to love painting!
That is some progress-always helps when you have a reason to do something...
The rooms are looking great.
